
Aiga's been visiting St Maarten since 1970. In 1972 her father built their house in Beacon Hill. Her parents have passed and now her brother Dr Erik Niedritis and her family own their house. She lives on St Maarten every 3 months. She's basically grown up on the island and will do anything to keep the Beacon Hill Community as family friendly, safe and residential as it’s always been.
Aiga gratuated from Tufts University with a BA in International Relations I then graduated Boston University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate. Aiga has been a Principal Attorney with the New York State Appellate Division Mental Hygiene Legal Service for 35 years. Additionally I Aiga is an Associate Broker for Century 21 in Rockville Centre New York and recently joined Century 21 in St Maarten. She plans to retire to St Maarten.

Mike had a career for 35 years in managing food service (restaurant) purchasing with Sysco Foods and IHOP in the US. At the age of 60 he retired and went sailing with his wife, Delphaine. After 4 years on the boat, Delphaine and Mike bought their home in Beacon Hill in 2004.

Jennifer is the founder of Jennifer's Vacation Villas is a licensed management, real estate and villa rental company specializing in the rental of luxurious private villas and condos on both French and Dutch St. Maarten. Jennifer is a New Yorker who has been a homeowner in Beacon Hill for over 40 years and a long term resident of St. Maarten.

Beth grew up in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. graduating Valedictorian from Antilles School before attending Tulane University in New Orleans studying International Relations/Economics. After graduating, she began her 40 year Corporate Banking career with Chase Bank in Puerto Rico until moving to Houston, Texas to run the Energy Corporate Bank Group for the merged JP Morgan Chase. She serves on the University of Texas Masters of Science Finance Advisory Board and is active in a number of children’s Charities such as Sky High to help pediatric cancer patients/families and Kids’ Meals to help kids go hunger free. Recently retired from banking, Beth is blessed to spend time with her growing family (and her “most grateful accomplishments”), Chuck, Ricky, Natalie, Lauren, Cooper and 3 precious grand babies with one on the way and puppy Tex. Beth is a St. Maarten Resident and her family has been living and working in St. Maarten since the 1970’s. She purchased her first SXM home in Cupecoy 2004 but always had a passion for the Beacon Hill neighborhood, so moved to Beacon Hill (where her father lived for many years) in 2021. Her dream for Beacon Hill is to have a safe, well maintained, cohesive and happy community neighborhood for all. Beth serves in the Officer position as PBHA secretary and performs PBHA bookkeeping as well as resident register updates.

Wayne is a native Caribbean islander, raised on Barbados He retired from a career of 16 years as a Medical Representative in Barbados and 25 years managing a Distribition business. He was educated at Humber College in Toronto, Canada. Wayne's lived on St. Maarten for 33 years and in Beacon Hill since 1998. He joined the Assocation board of directors in 2004 serving as Treasurer during the road paving project of the Association and until 2018 when Jennifer assumed the Officer position of Treasurer. Wayne is a Rotarian and past President of the Rotary Club of St. maarten-mid isle.

Dustin has extensive international experience in both for-profit and non-profit executive management, such as Managing Director at The Associated Press in New York City, Chief Operating Officer of the publicly traded United Technology Group in Switzerland, and a founder of the Global Caribbean Network which built a submarine fiber optic cable across 11 island nations in the Caribbean. He was a 9-11 volunteer responder at the World Trade Center search and rescue. Dustin is now an author, songwriter, and screenwriter. He’s a member of Rotary International, The Rotary Action Group for Peace, Paul Harris Society member and the founder and President of Promote Peace Foundation. Dustin holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.S. from Georgia State University in Decision Sciences. He's been a homeowner in Beacon HIll since 2002 and filed for residency in 2004. Dustin monitors for new building permits within Beacon Hill and files court case on any permits that violate the single residential deed or covenant restrictions.

Beacon Hill homeowners now pay a total home sale commission of only 6%, (lowest on the island ) by using the preferred agents who donate 1% of their 6% commission to PBHA for neighborhood improvements.
