ABOUT The Pride of Beacon HIll Homeowner's Association (PBHA)

PBHA is endowed with the responsibility and power to uphold Beacon Hill Covanents established in 1968 which are incorporated into every lot deed and applicable to all land lease deeds from the government as declared by the courts even though they do not explicitly state the covenants in the goverment lease deed.
PBHA is governed by a 100% volunteer board of home owners that serve a one year initial term, then a three year term. During the initial term board members can not hold an Officer position (President, Treasurer, or Secretary)
PBHA is registered with the Sint Maarten Chamber of Commerce.
PBHA's role is to responsibly represent neighbors interests to ensure a quality, safe, secure, and enjoyable neighborhood for all residents.
